The Fairlawns Spa的点评
点评：An excellent day at the spa here, it is really well thought and planned out, with beautiful decor. It’s lovely that it’s completely separate to the hotel and restaurant, even having its own entrance. There’s nothing worse at other spas than going for food in your robe with others dressed normally!
It was a busy Saturday but there were plenty of staff. We enjoyed our light breakfast and the choice for lunch was good.
There are so many rooms and spaces offering something different to other spas in the area. We particularly enjoyed the bubble room!
The pool was a little cool but a very nice size. The 2 outdoor hot tubs were great but so popular, we only got to get in them first thing - more are needed!
The spa is well maintained but could do with someone going round the areas and squeegeeing throughout the day, also collecting glasses that people leave behind. The changing rooms were nice but again the cleanliness needs keeping on top of throughout the day.
We both had a 50 minute massage with our package. This was in a nice room and was relaxing for the majority. Lots of noise could be heard at various points during the treatment of people talking, moving furniture and a toilet flushing. I think some of this could be reduced.
We would definitely love to return here and agree it’s the best in the area by a mile. Little tweaks would make it amazing!
