点评：As a member at Fairlawns, I've become increasingly disappointed by what feels like a very inconsistent approach to the rules. There are people regularly parking incorrectly, including taking up two spaces and parking on double yellow lines and also taking up disabled bays when they are clearly not disabled and there are other spaces available, yet it seems that the rules are not applied equally to everyone.
I also feel that the management can be very unfair in the way certain situations are handled. In my experience, some members appear to be treated differently from others, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
l've also had concerns about the behaviour of some staff, where situations seem to be unnecessarily escalated and members can feel singled out or treated unfairly. I believe everyone should be treated with the same level of respect and the same rules should apply to everyone, regardless of who they are. Overall, I'm very disappointed with my experience as a member as we are not all treated fairly.
