Outstanding Venue with Amazing Staff
Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Spa的点评
点评：Our company held a very important International Sales Meeting at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange in April this year, spanning an entire week. The hotel is a fantastic venue, set in a beautiful location with stunning views. Throughout our stay, it was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
The food was absolutely outstanding, exceeding all expectations. What truly made the event a success, however, was the incredible team of staff. Every member of the hotel team worked tirelessly to ensure our meetings ran smoothly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I would like to extend my special thanks to Fatima, who worked closely with me from start to finish and did an exceptional job in supporting our event. I would also like to place on record my sincere appreciation to Carol, Rama and Aatheef, who were all outstanding throughout our stay and contributed greatly to the success of the week.
Unfortunately, due to the demands of our event, I did not have the opportunity to experience the spa, pool, or gym facilities. However, I was given a tour prior to the event, and they looked excellent.
The Mercure Manchester Norton Grange is a magnificent venue for conferences, meetings, and events. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.
