点评:Disappointed with our recent experience flying with Breeze Airways.
My family specifically upgraded to the Nicer bundle on multiple flights during this trip largely because WiFi was included. We homeschool, my husband and I work remotely, and we intentionally planned to use the flight time productively.
Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work on any leg of the trip across five separate devices. This was not just “slow internet.” It was completely unusable for the duration of the flights despite repeated troubleshooting attempts and help from two very kind flight attendants who genuinely tried to resolve it.
What frustrated me most was not even the technical issue itself. Technology fails sometimes. It was the resolution afterward. After spending over $1,700 on the trip and paying for upgraded seating partly because of the advertised WiFi feature, Breeze’s resolution was a single $10 flight credit for the entire reservation.
To be clear, the flight attendants were wonderful. This is not directed at them. My frustration is with the company’s handling of a paid premium feature that failed entirely throughout the trip.
If WiFi is a major reason you are considering upgrading your Breeze package, I would strongly recommend having a backup plan.
