点评：The Diocesan Museum is one of the thousands of little gems of history and culture that, as much as or more than Rome, Florence and Venice, make Italy so indescribably extraordinary. The museum is small, clean, and well-lit. The woman who does almost everything on site is helpful and very kind. Signage and a creative new audio tour (available in English or Italian) give helpful liturgical and historical context. The objects are always interesting and often quite lovely. My favorite was a beautifully-designed 17th-century Sicilian paliotto d’altare. Warmly recommended for an hour or three.
Raccomando il museo non solo agli stranieri come me ma anche agli italiani, sopratutto la gente della sottovalutata città di Reggio. In questo piccolo museo sta un bel patrimonio di spiritualità e di cultura. E la signora, che è quasi tutto il personale, è garbata e gentilissima. Consigliato vivamente.
