Christmas visit to High Weald Dairy

点评：Visited today for the Christmas event with friends to sample locally made cheese,biscuits, cider and apple juice.
What a fabulous experience. As soon as we arrived we were given complimentary warm cider or apple juice and some cheese to try. This was truffle ewe cheese and was absolutely fantastic. Then we were given pan fried halloumi which was delicious.
We then joined the queue and sampled many other cheeses, I think 20 plus and some locally made biscuits which were very tasty. It was such a lovely atmosphere with Christmas music playing.
To top the day we were asked did we want to see the cheese storage area. We went into the building and saw multiple cheese wheels maturing. We were given an explanation regarding the process for making cheese and how the end product is produced.
We bought a variety of cheese and other products and will definitely return. Highly recommend popping along before Christmas at there other events.
