Alley Cats Play Centre的点评
点评：Just wanted to make everyone aware of the situation we were in yesterday while attending Alley Cats Play Centre. We attended the 3:15pm session with Parker, Emma Lynn and her girls. Parker was away playing and like we also do go and check on him. We went to see where he was to discover that he wasn’t in there, my husband and my friend both went up the soft play and again he wasn’t there. I then went to tell a member of staff that my child was missing and he wasn’t in there. They started to look too, there was a female member of staff standing at the gate which lets customers in and out of the soft play, I asked he ‘is there anyway he could of got out’ to which she replied ‘no there is no way’. My friends husband went out into the arcade/cinema to search for him as he was no where to be seen (you can only imagine what was going through our heads). He was standing at the cinema surrounded by staff and a security man and ran straight to Anthony when he seen him. This is absolutely unacceptable and should never of happened the fact that you need to press a buzzer to get in and out of the soft play and it’s controlled by staff this should NEVER of happened. Then when I told the staff where he was and that he should never of happened I got a reply of ‘I know’. Not even an apology or a manager. It’s not even worth thinking about what could have happened.
