A wave pool with no waves and filthy toilets

点评：Visited for the first time today specifically travelling over 30 minutes for a pool with a wave machine. Paying £30 for a family of 4 to swim seemed reasonable, however, the waves should have gone off every 30 minutes we were told so when we had been in 40 minutes and nothing we asked when they would be on, we were told 20 minutes so stayed in the wave pool rather than go on slides and rapids and miss the waves. 30 minutes later still no waves and our 90 minute swim was almost finishing so we asked again. Staff had no radios on them around the pool to communicate with each other which was poor in itself compared to other pools we visit. Eventually the waves went on so we got one wave experience instead of 3 during our swim! Changing rooms and toilets were really dirty. Slides and rapids were good.
On leaving we spoke to Kieran about the lack of waves. He spoke to the manager Alex who remained hidden in his office but sent Kieran out with a £5 off our next swim insult. 50% off our visit today should really have been offered given they couldn’t provide what they advised and we would not return.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
