点评:So. I’ve given three stars cause we enjoyed it, but we had a nightmare the day of getting to it through no fault of ours, or the experience to be fair.
We arrived at Gatwick at 11:50 on Sunday 14th June & were first on the platform to get the train which would have got us to our hotel by about 2:30, then we had Pixar booked for 6pm. Our train - and all trains for the day - were cancelled due to a sinkhole which had us queing for hours & then on various buses to get to London - we ended up at Pixar for about 6pm on the dot. We still had all our bags & hadn’t been to our hotel yet - we’d been travelling since 7:45am. I was worried by about 4pm that we wouldn’t make it & had tried googling how to get in touch, but everything is online & takes a while to get back. We’d spent £120 for the tickets, so I was just wanting to move them to a day where we could get there, if possible.
Anyway. We made it, two of the wheels had fallen off one of our suitcases & we were bedraggled. Beyond stressed, but the people working there were great. They seen how stressed we were & took our bags for free & were lovely. Really lovely.
The experience was good. Would I pay £120 for it again? Maybe not. It’s basically for instagram photos, but we made the most of it (& again, having nightmare travel issues with two young children probably meant we didn’t enjoy it AS much)
Anyway. Today (Tuesday) I got an email back saying “sorry to hear that, but we don’t do refunds. You should ask friends or family to go instead” - obviously first of, it’s two days later & secondly, we don’t have friends or family who live here who could just take the tickets.
A lot of money spent for half an hour. And I think I’m maybe just more annoyed at the reply two days later, to be honest.

总之,今天(周二)我收到一封邮件,说“很抱歉,我们不退款。您可以请朋友或家人帮忙。”——首先,现在已经过了两天了;其次,我们在这里也没有朋友或家人可以帮忙拿票。
