Want to waste your money? Look no further!
I took a cooking class here and the experience was a joke. Rotten ingredients, no structure to the course, the recipes were incomplete and simply incorrect, and the program was so misleading!
A different chef than the one on the program taught the class, and although he allegedly cooked in many restaurants, he clearly has zero teaching experience.
The program said we'd learn to make multiple dishes. Instead, they threw ingredients at us, made us SHARE cutting boards (it's not that hard to get a headcount of who is attending seeing as you have to sign up first and provide ample tools!) with other people, and didn't show us how to do a darn thing.
I took someone with little cooking experience to learn how to cook multiple dishes. We learned one. Barely. Some people only got to make the dessert! Honestly, if I was them, I'd ask for my money back. All we did was follow a recipe. Zero teaching was involved here.
One star for the fact that at least half of the meal was decent. Honestly, I'll stick to cooking with YouTube tutorials at home.
