Freezing water, rude staff, filthy changing rooms.

点评：The staff are incredibly rude, the toilets were filthy, the showers look like a prison block, no cubicles to change in so was left in a small room changing my son with an old man in the corner getting changed very slowly. It was very uncomfortable.
It was a very hot day (around 26 degrees) but water is still absolutely freezing, my son went blue after about 5 mins in the pool and wanted to leave.
Had to pre-order online for two adults and two children, when we got there the water was far too cold for our daughter who is still a baby so two out of three of us didn’t even get changed and they refused to refund the money.
They clearly make you book online to get your money first before you realise the pool is freezing.
Extra money charged for a plastic garden chair to sit in which is ridiculous, another charge if you want to borrow a rubber ring.
Absolute rip off, you’re better off just going in the sea it’s much warmer.
