点评：Rostock Zoo is fantastic! Having been to top zoos like Singapore and San Diego, I can honestly say this one compares very well—and in some areas, even better. The grounds are huge, beautifully maintained, and the animal enclosures are spacious, well-designed, and spotless.
There’s plenty for all ages: interactive science exhibits, multiple playgrounds, cafés throughout, and highlights like the world-class polar bear enclosure, the South American pavilion, and the incredible Darwineum. Many habitats are designed without visible fences, giving a natural, open feel.
It’s very accessible, dogs are welcome in most areas, and parking is convenient at a set rate of just €3. Yes, the entry price is on the higher side, but you get a full-day, top-quality zoo experience where the animals are clearly well cared for.
