Informative and relaxing with great wine

点评：Peter was an excellent and knowledgeable host. He walked us round the vineyard and explained how they planted the vines in 2020 and showed us different varieties and why they planted them and how they look after the vines each year to try and keep them going for 40 years or so.
It is a small family business, but the knowledge they have is quite remarkable and it shows in the quality of the vines, fruit and the wine.
They are a different niche in the market as they grow red grapes to produce red wine which is rare in the UK, they also produce white too and their wines have won awards.
We then went upstairs for our wine tasting and we chose a pink, a white and 2 reds. They were all very good, very fruity and the red Divico was exceptional and full bodied.
We also had an amazing cheese board which went well with the wines.
We spent just over an hour and half here and learnt alot in a very calm and relaxing environment and also took away bottles of wine for our anniversary.
Highly recommended and have subscribed to their newsletter for updates and offers. Would definitely visit again at a different time of year and its a good place to take friends.
