A nice quite and natural place
High Elms Country Park的点评
点评：An impromptu visit to High Elms. Although we come here quite a lot I don't tend to write a review. Parking is free, although limited. There are a couple of car parks but it is luck if you get a space. The park has a golf course, a cafe and a centre. The environmental centre is open on certain days and times and sometimes holds activities. There are also signed walks around the park and woods, so plenty of space for the dogs and children to play, climb trees and build dens. The grounds also has plenty of space for you to have a picnic.
The cafe is always busy and tables are on a first come first served basis. There are a couple of tables inside with the remainder outside on the veranda, near the pond and under trees for shade. The food is delicious at the cafe but in my opinion is quite pricey for what you get.
All in all a lovely place to go where time seems to stand still and before you know it you have been there all day!
