Overall a very poor/below average experience
Paradise Bride Weddings & Events Fiji的点评
点评：I booked paradise Bride Fiji for a proposal at the Crowne plaza Fiji and this is my honest review/feedback.
Firstly, communication was a big issue. Every email was replied to after 2-3 follow ups emails from my end which was very frustrating.
Secondly, I paid around AUD 1100 for a 2 hour proposal event. I had shared photos with the team about how I wanted the setup and no doubt they got it right, but they used fake roses and candles for that setup which looked very cheap and poor. Especially for the amount I paid.
Third, they charged me for a photographer and extra for a videographer (last min request by me) but the overall experience was just so below average. In the email they had mentioned the photographer will be there for 1.5-2 hours but on the spot they kept mentioning he will leave in 1 hour exact. Plus the photos were just so average and they took over 2 weeks to get them to us (again after multiple emails for my end). My money for the videographer went straight down the drain as the video was so bad, one could have done a better job recording from a phone.
Further, the photographer did not share with us all the photos, we specifically took a few photos which we liked but those were not shared with us. Upon asking him, he said he will get back to me but has ghosted me since.
Overall I would say for the amount they charged, the service & effort was very poor and I would suggest looking for better options. If you still choose to go with them, I would definitely recommend getting your own photographer from somewhere else.

总而言之，我觉得他们收的钱，服务和投入都太少了，建议大家另找一家。如果你们还是想找他们，我强烈建议你们自己找别的摄影师。
