Scalding water and a hidden pond....dangerous

点评：We used to be frequent visitors to this park but then we moved away. We visited this week and wow, it's changed! There is now a purpose built cafe and a toilet and a brand new children's play area.
The cafe is great (though a bit pricey) and the toilets are clean. Unfortunately the hot tap is absolutely dangerously scalding hot. There is a note to say it is hot but it was a dangerous temperature! I am stunned no one has been hurt.
The wildlife garden is looking unkempt and unloved. There used to be a pond there where you could look in the water and see the pond life. Now there is a messy overgrown jungle with a puddle on the edge. If I wasn't aware there was a pond there I would not have recognised it as one.
This is still a lovely park and one the residents of the area can be proud of but the hidden pond and the scalding hot water make it a hazardous place for children and is why I only gave it three stars.
