点评:I was surprised and really impressed with the Marine Museum, which I'd planned as a quick stop between Winnipeg and Gimli - first, it's an impressive sight to see these old ships lined up on dry land, great that you can explore around the outside of the ships and the lighthouse before you pay for entry, and it's a nice touch that the ticket is called a Boarding Pass.
Once inside, there's a lot to explore and appreciate, including the restored cabins on the SS Keenora, the diving exhibits including a short film of one of the last divers to work underwater on Lake Winnipeg, fishing exhibits, and a huge amount of display boards full of information as you wander from deck to deck and ship to ship, especially on the Keenora.
Due to the number of steps and age of the ships, this probably isn't a great idea for anyone with mobility issues, but kids love exploring the cabins and climbing up and down between the decks and different ships.
