点评：Most of the staff are friendly and the venue is clean and quiet however
If you look under 25, there’s a good chance you’ll be ID’d upwards of three times in your visit, as they have no system to communicate between each other who has and has not been checked.
You’d think for a venue this large they’d have a security guard always keeping post at the entrance, which they do, but somehow that’s not enough to ensure IDs have been checked.
It’s borderline harassment to be stopped 4-5 times by different staff throughout the visit when you offered the information voluntarily upon entering.
Also, once, I was unaware you had to sign it after 11pm at the front desk, so I just walked through when it seemed the security guard (older, white, mostly bald) was convinced I looked old enough and didn’t wave me over to be ID’d. Then about 30 minutes later in front of my friends (I’m female and we were being kind and respectful and quiet, literally no contextual triggers to his behavior) he comes over and says “Oi, sorry, mate, you didn’t sign in,you gotta go” and I explained I didn’t know that was policy and that I can just sign in now and that it was his responsibility to communicate that to me upon entering but he continued his power trip and kicked me out.
Not great experiences so far, Cazalys staff if you’re reading this it would be nice to see some changes
