Not the best experience
Spa at Wynyard Hall的点评
点评：We went for an afternoon tea and use of the spa facilities and the experience was very average. We had to wait a long time to be shown the facilities and the lady asked if we’d been before and we answered no, she then said here’s the changing rooms if you want a tour let me know….but then just walked away.
The outside area was lovey but one hot tub was freezing cold and the other nice and warm but very small.
After we’d finished the time in the spa, we went to have a shower which was ice cold. We then informed a member of staff who said we could use the shower in the treatment room, this was very much appreciated.
We sat ourselves down for afternoon tea as no member of staff around, we then had to get up to find someone.
There was no explanation of what the sandwiches or cakes were on the afternoon tea.
Much nicer spas to visit
