点评：Had a great couple of hours at this place. Definitely rustic and shout out to the 90’s but was nice enough. We went mid week on a Wednesday during school holidays but came late in the day around 2pm (they close at 4). Despite having about 10 people before us on the toboggan queue, we still waited about 30 minutes which isn’t bad at all (plus it was a cool day). But i can imagine how terrible it would be on a hot day with longer queues! Multiple people ride ticket holders can stay on for a max of 3 times without exiting which would mean queues can appear deceiving. Our tobogganing experience was ok but for us one ride was adequate. We hit the rock climbing next which my son and hubby thoroughly enjoyed - no queues here! In the same area, they had a small skating rink. Only about 5 other people in there. Usually a 30 minute limit but because there was barely anyone (we stayed until closing). We loved skating more than the toboggan but only because we are a family of skaters and bladers. The gentleman with the dreads manning the rock climbing was great and so was the lady working with him. We got lucky with the small crowd. One teen working at reception could’ve been a bit more gracious and perhaps a quick training in customer service would be beneficial. She wasn’t rude just a bit abrupt and blunt. While in the queue, she asked us if we had completed the online waiver forms. When we answered no, she told us bluntly to “do it” 😂. By the time we got to reception, we were served by another young girl who was sweet and very helpful. Maybe go later in the day when the crowds are thinner and closer to closing time, we were told there were a lot of people in the morning. Overall, a great day!
