Wasted Time, Poor Conditions, and No Apology

点评：I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Willow Tree Farm. I booked a meerkat experience which was cancelled and rescheduled once, and then cancelled again on the day of the visit. After travelling nearly two hours for the booking, I was told there were not enough staff and that I could potentially wait another two hours to see if we might be fitted in. This was simply not acceptable, especially when another group was allowed to go ahead while ours was turned away.
During the short time we were there, the farm itself felt unkempt, the animals did not look to be in good condition, and there was virtually nothing to do to occupy the two hours they expected us to wait. This only added to the sense of neglect and poor organisation.
The lack of communication and consideration left us with wasted time, effort, and expense. No apology or explanation was offered on the day, nor did anyone attempt to notify me in advance that the experience would not be honoured.
When I raised a formal complaint, I was met with a dismissive response that did not acknowledge the inconvenience caused. While a refund was eventually processed, there was still no apology or recognition of the poor service received.
Overall, the repeated cancellations, lack of organisation, poor conditions, and absence of even a basic apology made this an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend Willow Tree Farm and would urge others to be cautious before booking.
