点评：When I entered my hotel room i realized that AC was not working and it was very hot and i contact the hotel staff but it was too late and they do not respond properly and told me to fix tommorow and i was like okay but I got a call from mr ankit from Advensa Travel and i explain him the sdame problem and after around 30 minutes the hotel staff come and offer me to change the room and honestly it was a big relief when they responded becuase it was already so late at night. They supported me easily to communicate with hotel staff and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was handled. I got shifted on new room with proper AC. The support from Advensa Travel made a big difference and they were very supportive and following up every single day to makesure everything is going good. This was the first time using their service and honestly they provide me best support and service ever.
I will defenitely use them again for my holiday packages and they are highly recommended.
