Awful wasp infestation and rude staff

点评：Called in for a snack lunch on the way back from a weekend away. Outside was wasp infested, so we wanted an inside table in a dog friendly area.
An abrupt waitress told us that there were no tables available, then walked away.
So we stood to wait for a table. Another waitress shouted “You have to wait to be seated.” We replied we are waiting! Stood there for about 10 minutes, then another waitress asked if we were booked. We said no, only to be told that if we weren’t booked, there were no tables available!!!
We could sit outside with the wasps, but we declined!!
We tried to get something from the shop to takeaway, but there was no gluten free food at all.
Rude, unhelpful, disorganised staff. Wasp infested courtyard. Not dog friendly. No takeaway gluten free food available.
Dreadful experience and we won’t be visiting again (despite having gone here for years, even before there was a cafe at all!),
