Lullingstone Country Park的点评
点评：Lullingstone is a beautiful place to walk especially with dogs, we have been walking there for years. This Mother's day we decided to stop at the cafe for a bite to eat and a coffee. We hardly expected luxury but the food and service is horrendous. We waited an hour for a 'hot baguette' and two portions of chips. The bread was cold with a tiny dash of margarine and a sausage thrown in. The family next to us waited the same length of time and paid £7 for two slices of white bread, no marg and a couple of slices of ham. The staff don't look very happy to be there either. Most of the menu board isn't available, my husband observed the kitchen team who clearly need some training and there is no visible leadership. Why on earth KCC don't rent the place out to someone who knows what they're doing is crazy. The place could be thriving with such a location! Cafe looks more like a school canteen than a country park cafe and gift shop. Such a shame. Go to High Elms or Bedegbury if you want a nice cafe lunch with your walk - or take a picnic
