Three States in a 360º View
High Point State Park的点评
点评：I made a quick trip to High Point State Park during the off-season, which meant it was not crowded.
The drive up is beautiful and scenic, and once you reach the summit, the view is breathtaking. The views from the High Point Monument are incredible where you can see three states at once: New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. There’s a full 360º view of rolling hills, lakes, and the Delaware River.
It was extremely windy and breezy at the summit, so be cautious and definitely bring a jacket if you plan to stay for a while.
There are several trails, but they seemed better suited for more experienced hikers since many of them are quite steep going uphill.
There’s plenty of parking available, and I was happy to find a hot dog stand for a quick bite and some water.
It’s a perfect spot to visit, the views are absolutely stunning.
