点评:We discovered The Little Fun Train quite by accident when we were wondering what to do during rainy days and I read someone recommended the train. So we walked to the nearest station to see what they offered. Unfortunately not many trips were available this early in the season, but the Hidden Treasures tour was organized and we hopped on. The train has a roof, so little rain won't bother you, but as it started raining heavy on the way, the seats on the side did got wet. The tour guide was nice and gaväve out plastic bags to cover ourselves and as he had prepared with extra scarfs for cover for the monastery, he handed those out as well to help us keep warmer. The tour itself was nice regardless of weather. We visited Manousakis winery and the Monastery of Transfiguration (which was stunning! Would be even better on a sunny day). As we enjoyed the ride, we took another one to the Therisos gorge. Since the weather was better, there were way more people coming in and the tour ended up having two trains. Funnily enough, the rainy day tour was actually better due to less people. 15 minute stop at the olive oil factory, for example, was way too busy for such crowd, when people try to listen to how olive oil is made, try to have time to buy and try some pruducts AND queue for the one and only toilet. Maybe the tours should be ran more often with only one train to allow smaller groups and more time at some of the stops.
