Not family friendly

点评：So usually I'm not someone to leave a poor review. On this case it's just to let other family's know.
This hotel and spa looks really wonderful and luxury but as it states it's a family friendly hotel, I wouldn't advise other family's to go with younger children. I have been to many hotels were we felt relaxed and at ease but here I would say it's mainly for older people and older children. If you are in that category you will enjoy.
We raised our concerns with the hotel staff and were given nothing back for it.
We felt so uncomfortable being here we left the evening we arrived. We actually booked in for Christmas eve to wake up to for Christmas day. Unfortunately it felt so uncomfortable we went home even with a 2 1/2 journey home. It was a real shame.
The family room is very outdated. Also they give you one double bed, which is two single beds together and one awful sofa and a cot bed with no blanket. So that caused an uncomfortable stay for the little ones also.
But anyone with little kids I'd say best to try somewhere more friendly.
