All could have been great, expect for one instructor...

点评：I don't usually write reviews, but this time I can't skip it.
Been all around the world and interacted with so many people from the seas, and never ever had such a terrible experience with a specific instructor. Nerrick had the worst possible briefing for me and my buddy (whom I didn't even know), being utterly rude, shouting at us, and walking away in the middle of a conversation... nothing like I've ever seen. Not what you need before going 20 meters deep. It made us feel terrible, especially because my buddy was already feeling some anxiety. I had to be the one keeping her calm and in a good mood.
I am writing this because Trek Divers needs to be fully aware of this situation and take action before any accident occurs. Having this kind of attitude is not acceptable!
Apart from that, the rest of the team was great, the equipment was very good, and the boat was the best I've ever scuba dived; it's huge. If not for this specific interaction, I would rate 5 stars.
