点评：What an experience that was. It’s hard to put the emotions into words.
I did a snorkeling tour on the 8th and 9th of December.
I can’t say exactly how many orcas I saw, but I would estimate around 50 orcas from the boat and another 20 in the water. I also saw some humpback whales from the boat and in the water. Some orcas are interested in you, some are not – remember, it’s nature!
But the ones that are interested come very close (up to 1 meter).
We were a lucky group because we found a bait ball, and there was a lot of action.
I would recommend booking at least two tours, because you never know if you’ll see something, or the weather conditions might be too bad.
I can highly recommend this company. I don’t want to mention the guides I went with, but I want to say thank you to the whole staff! They did their best, and they always put the well-being of the animals first.
