Extremely disappointed!

点评：We were so very disappointed with Irriki Resort. When we arrived at the Irriki Jetty it was old and dirty with weeds and rubbish along the edge of the walkway. We stayed in the most expensive accommodation the resort has to offer, The Premium Overwater Fare thinking that it would be nice to sit out on the deck and look out over white sandy and tropical tree fringed beaches, but it was the opposite. We looked out to Port Vila and the brightly coloured buildings. There was an American cargo ship docked right across the water (that transports goods to the surrounding islands) and it's engine roared the whole time along with the sounds of banging and angle grinders going nearly all the time. Our room was old and dated and the bathroom small. No channels on the TV (Netflix etc) The Fare had no privacy shutters at the end of our deck so could see onto the next Fare. Food was very average and ended up costing quite a bit as only breakfast is included. The breakfast wasn't appealing at all. The only positive I can say is that the staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. Don't waste your money staying at this resort, do your homework and look elsewhere. We were so pleased to have had our last 4 nights in Vanuatu at another most amazing resort.
