点评：We had read the reviews so knew it wasn’t going to be a 5 star experience. I’ve also stayed here twice before about 10 years ago so know what it can be like. It is tired but we still had a lovely holiday. My 5 year old enjoyed kids club but it has limited facilities and suitable for younger kids. Our room was clean and practical with a lovely view, however the air con was poor. I found the pool towels frustrating as you can’t get fresh ones unless they clean the room but you are out with them. I also found the daily activities sheet to be annoying as they don’t print enough. I asked about why not put the activities on the whiteboard too but was told the manger had said no. Obviously expect you to walk around with your sheet. The spa had a staff member who was late and a no show when we turned up - she needs to go as apparently has been late before. The fire show was good but such a small area, maybe move it to the beach as we went to the beach bar to see the incredible show on the Friday night. Top tip, don’t sit on the front row as they didn’t catch a fire stick and it went into the audience - horrifying. Snorkelling was average, better to go elsewhere. Food was great in the restaurant not so much at the sunset pool. There are lots of cats around, which delighted my daughter.
