Nice get away, but a little disappointed

点评：Abit disappointed overall, lovely staff though which made it bearable. After arriving on the Island to find out that you had to walk up very hilly footpaths to get anywhere. Defiantly would recommend a buggie service for your guests. The rooms were okay but definitely needs to be updated, our tv didn't work at all for the 8 days we were there, and the wifi was very slow when it was working. Beautiful view from our view though looking out on the water was fantastic.
The restaurant was nice with the food not too bad, would love to see some other food options. The pools were great but need more tables and chairs for the busy period (school holidays)
The pontoon at snorkeler's cove needs to be repaired as it needs attention and doesn't fit its purpose.
Our favorite staff members were RUBY (shine bright like a diamond) his infectious smile and hospitality was amazing. Our beautiful cleaner for our room CHRISTINE was amazing nothing was too much for her. The cleaners for the rooms definitely need buggies or a trolley service, as they are expected to carry all of their cleaning stuff up and down hills, up and down stairs which is too much and too heavy for them. and they also need a pay rise for what they do, they don't get paid enough whatsoever!
Overall it really needs a makeover.......
