I placed a big order for holiday gifts on Cyber Monday (December 2nd).
I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged.
On December 13th I contacted customer "service" because I hadn't received notification of shipping. I was told they couldn't find my order number or my name so I must have misspelled my own name!
On December 16th, I called customer service again and was told my order was delayed because one of my 8 items was back ordered, but "...now it's here, so it'll ship tomorrow."
December 17th called customer "service" for tracking number, was told it would ship the next day because I specifically requested shipment on December 18th (I did no such thing.)
December 18th called again, still no tracking number, told customer "service" to cancel my order. A very disinterested, unpleasant woman said, "I'll try." Recognizing that my pecans couldn't possibly arrive by Christmas. I went to Trader Joe's and purchased beautiful gifts for my friends at half the price.
December 19th my "canceled" order shipped.
December 30th received $200 worth of pecans in Christmas packaging that I now have no use for. Also the packaging didn't arrive in good condition.
As an aside the pecans are pretty good. But I will NEVER order from this group of incompetent buffoons again.
