Disappointing, grubby and cramped.

点评：The positives- our caravan was clean and had a lovely location.
Negatives- the facilities such as the swimming pool and entertainment areas were cramped due to the very high volume of people and very very dirty. EVERY toilet I visited in the complex was disgusting (bar, pool, soft play).
The staff were all seasonal workers so no one seemed invested in their job or have a good work ethic. The queues for drinks were long and the bar staff had no system or seemed in a rush to help. I ordered a Burger King on the app, chose a time an hour later to collect it but when I went to collect it they hadn’t even started making it.
The food in the bar took a long time to come and was tasteless.
The pool was incredibly busy and the changing rooms and toilets were dirty.
The indoor soft play was grubby and the toilet there was horrendous!
Our group spent time in the van, in the field near it and on the beach and we enjoyed that. We tried our best to avoid the other places due to how grubby and poorly kept they were.
If you go have low expectations and take hand sanitiser!!
