点评：Don’t bother and I mean do not!!!! Open a business here! There are so many other places to go, then this junky getto flea market! Manager on a power trip, closes at 3 on sat and sun. Gives sellers a fine for not being out by 4, no time to restock and clean up, 1 guy left at 405 pm and he gave him a 300$ fine! Another 4 days late on rent charged them 120 dollars extra! Can’t use a credit card to pay rent, they charge you 20% ! Rent is expensive for 8 days a month 500 buck! Rent goes all the way up to 1500 for this crappy place! For 8 days, that you’re allowed to be open! Favoritism at its best! Was told, if the gates were opened on Wed-Friday, we were allowed to come in our store and restock and so on, I got kicked out at 8 am, and told NO that’s not how it works! It’s 10-2, but of course in a rude tone! I have video of my neighbor behind me arriving at 8:55 and working in her store with all the doors open, no way you can miss her, he drives around the yard in his golf card sees her van, see her store open and does nothing! The GM doesn’t even know how to rent a booth out, They have a huge rat infestation! Out of all that, the real manager should Sheila, she knows how to talk to people like a human! Explains things rather then berates you, and now’s ever aspect of the job and more! If this place wants to succeed, get rid of the GM who knows nothing, with an employee who’s knows it like the back of her hand! Your place if failing because of the GM, and the new owner! We will not be renewing our lease because we can not successfully support our business when we’re not allowed in!
