Great family slope area for beginners

点评：This was a great place for beginners. We had never skied before but thankfully there was lots of advice on hand and we could rent skis too. Sadly there were no places left for the ski school (book in advance if you can!) but our teens turned out to be naturals and had a blast on their own in the family area.
The ski passes were very expensive since it was the start of the season and only two areas were open and we were given poor advice to start with. They have a centre which offers ‘tourist information’ and ‘guide’ services and as we had never skied before we were dependent on that advice. The guide knew we had never skied before but told us we would be fine on all the slopes that were open. At a cost of €350 who followed his advice. This was quite dangerous advice and thankfully they had a ski patrol who could rescue our stranded teens from the slope that wasn’t suitable for them at all🤦🏼♂️
Customer services were quite dismissive at first saying it was our choice but in the end did refund us some of the money recognising that for people who had never skied before only one area was really suitable and only a pass for that area was needed. So we give them credit for this and the excellent way they do maintain the area and offer support.
