点评：I attended today with a few friends, I was left massively disappointed. The manager on shift needs to explore different career options. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, In my opinion she is not suited to customer service or working with children. She was rude & passive aggressive. Including to a gentleman who was with his 3 children, she raised her voice and humiliated him in front of other parent “ you’re supposed to be watching your children “. She clearly is unable to handle working in a stressful environment. I wanted to pay cash for some drinks - this was a problem ( I should have used the bar code to order ). The food was poor quality and expensive. The manager was rude to other staff on shift in front of customers, the poor young man who was working there must have been incredibly embarrassed! I felt as though she was targeting our group and that we were a problem. Regardless of the amount of money spent on site when purchasing food and drinks. Very disappointed I will not be promoting this to other parents.
