Disgusted by the belligerent owner and his aggression.
Politley asking to refill water bottles yesterday after climbing a mountain, the owner refused; he won't give away water because he "can't afford to deplete his rainwater tank."
In 50 years in Australia I have NEVER been refused a drinking water refill ANYWHERE, let alone in a waterless country region.
I told the owner I was astonished he was refusing us water and he began angrily SCREAMING at us to "GET OUT, GET OUT!!!"
It's July, it rains every day and there are 4 months of daily rain ahead.
Obvious profiteering to force people to buy bottled water for profit.
The owner is a revolting and abusive person with no understanding at all of the outback Australian tradition of helping and supporting others.
