Fantastic pantomime, very confusing venue

点评：This afternoon I attended a fantastic performance of Jack and the Beanstalk with an incredible cast, set and band however I wanted to leave a review to hopefully suggest a few changes to the venue.
First of all, as someone who has never been, I had no idea where the entrance was; I walked up and down the prom eventually spotting a family going into the venue down some steps, If they hadn’t been there I may have missed it totally.
When entering the venue there was almost no at atmosphere or music which felt strange for a panto this close to Christmas.
Finally I’d like to highlight my difficulty finding my seat through door F with almost no signage. I went through the wrong door into the auditorium and got told to go another way; I then ended going up some steps to what I can assume is the follow spot position.
The venue would really benefit from better signage and direction through the whole site to stop future confusion for audiences.
