点评:Well worth an hour or two to absorb all the exhibits that contain small, intricately carved pieces -- plus the museum's collection of paintings. Many of the artists are worth asking about, which is almost essential because not all the signage is in English or any language foreign to Greenland. Staff are very helpful and keen to explain exhibits, artists' backgrounds, and other details. For the small size of the museum, there is a lot to see -- both older and newer art. Apparently a larger museum has been in the planning stage for some time, but nothing has yet come of those plans, sadly. Also sadly, most of the cruise groups omit this museum. But if you're not with a cruise, that's good news for you! (Nice little gift shop, too, and I usually avoid museum gift shops like the plague.)
