点评：Sept 2024 went on this excursion from Norwegian fjords P&O cruise. My mum is disabled and has a mobility walker.
The cruise description is very misleading
Boarded the coach from the port and headed off. Stopped half way and took some pictures of the swords. If you have difficulty with mobility I wouldn't get off the coach as the ground is very uneven, rocky and wet.
We arrived at the main venue where you go into a modern building with toilets, lift facilities and a gift/ coffee shop.
You exit the building and have to walk up an incline over the field which has a plastic covering. You enter an iron age hut and try to make a spark with a flint and rock. You then flatten some dooh with your hand and pop it in a fan. Once baked you can eat it, but it was quite burnt.
You then mark a small piece of leather and can have a bracket or necklace, the lady tells what it means. After this you go outside and try archery.
The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly but this trip is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with walking. The main trip at the farm is all uneven.
P&O need to amend their discretion
