点评：Damiani is one of my favorite wineries in the Finger Lakes and after our experience the other day became my favorite. I was with 9 other women visiting the Finger Lakes for the weekend. We had experienced poor customer service at a winery down the road from them that posted one price and wanted us to pay another because they hadn't updated their menu yet. So my glass of wine was to be $9.00 and they wanted $12.00. Along with the experience was the staff yelling that we were rude to question them and had been rude since we entered. We were shocked and embarrassed by their behavior, put our wine that was to be purchased back and will not return.
We entered Damiani and told our experience to Jeremy. He assured us that our experience at Damiani would be the best of the weekend. Jeremy and the group worked to make sure we felt welcome, answered any questions we had and provided top shelf customer service. Although there were various other groups there at the same time they didn't miss a step with any of them.
This winery is truly one of the best not only with their wines but with their professionalism and welcoming atmosphere making every guest feel valued!
We entered Damiani and told our experience to Jeremy. He assured us that our experience at Damiani would be the best of the weekend. Jeremy and the group worked to make sure we felt welcome, answered any questions we had and provided top shelf customer service.
