点评：Two Birds Tearoom, obnoxious older female with the brown bob was surly with us. The day had reached 30degrees and we took and ice cream we’d bought from the Hall and went to sit in the shade outside. The outside area had about 25% occupancy at that. We wouldn’t have been long but she yelled that we had to leave because we had not bought food. The Tea Room staff had also put three of their chairs outside in the car park so if they were so desperate for seating why do that? Well we found out later as her and her blonde colleague sat on them and smoked cigarette. Please get her some re- training in customer service skills as the woman is laughable bad at it. The staff in the deli (inside) were absolutely lovely and that shop is well worth a visit with arguably better quality refreshments
