Entirely too loud volume levels

点评：I recently attended the Wizard of Oz on Ice at the Levoy Theater, which was otherwise lovely. However, I feel it's important to raise awareness about the volume of the music, which was excessively loud. My Apple Watch recorded sound levels of 90 decibels and above. I was there with my sister and my 2.5-year-old daughter, and I was concerned not only for our hearing but especially for my daughter, as such volumes can cause ear damage. When my sister asked if they could lower the volume, she was told, "They will never do that." During intermission, I approached a member of the stage crew, who suggested I purchase ear protection in the lobby, but when I requested that she relay the feedback to the sound team, I did not see any action taken.
I had never come across any mention of volume being an issue at this theater, and I believe that when a theater sells ear protection but refuses to lower the music volume, it creates an uncomfortable experience and poses a risk of hearing damage. Due to this, we will not be returning to this theater.
