点评:The worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had from a winery or any restaurant/bar. The manager was extremely condescending and rude. I left my good sunnies at a table in the cellar door. Less than 20 minutes later we returned and were told they had checked everywhere including the lost property and they were not found. It took another 10 minutes and my persistence that I knew they were at a specific table for one of the servers to admit he did find them. Felt very dodgy. I then spoke to the manager who was extremely condescending and rude. All I asked was that their staff place lost property in lost property and not be on one of their staff. Worst customer service - do not go - so many lovely wineries around this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced - especially from management. Terrible.
