点评：I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Huddersfield Town Hall for the Jimmy Carr show on 30th January. We booked our tickets in November 2023 through Ticketmaster, selecting seats together. However, when we arrived, we found that the venue’s seating plan had changed, meaning our seats were no longer together. Our only choices were to sit apart or move to the back of the venue, where we endured a constant draft and loud banging from the door as people came and went throughout the show.
We raised the issue with the duty manager, who passed the blame onto Ticketmaster. While he initially claimed he wanted to help and would speak to his manager to find a solution, he never returned—despite the show being delayed by 45 minutes. No acknowledgment, no resolution, just a ruined evening.
The lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that customer experience isn’t a priority here. Safe to say, we won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this venue to others.
