Northern Norwegian Science Center的点评
点评：They boast a guaranteed view of the northern lights at this Arctic University of Norway museum, and it doesn't disappoint. Explore the northern lights in a special presentation in their Planetarium theatre, which showcases a documentary following northern lights chasers over the course of several months, how they lived and of course what they saw. The theatre has limited seating and only one English viewing a day so get there a bit early to ensure you get a good seat. There is an elevator for those who cannot climb the few stairs.
The Science Centre is definitely geared toward younger patrons, with plenty of colourful, interactive displays and exhibitions highlighting weather, carbon dioxide emissions, energy, the human body, and other wonders of science. Enjoyed myself thoroughly in the play and learn environment! One of the awesome parts includes the outdoor mezzanine with spectacular views of the waterfront and the mountains across from Tromsoya Island.
Nestled on the main university campus, it is easily accessible by public transit or by walking about 2 miles from the city centre. You can't miss it as it is situated on a hill, giving it those great views.
