Fabulous, but careful where you buy your ticket

点评：The train was comfortable, even in economy. At first, the views are of Sweden and generally flat and pastoral with lots of lakes and fields and woods. The closer you get to Norway the more dramatic the mountains become until you finish seeing rivers gushing down mountains sides and snow-capped peaks.
A pleasant 7 hour journey with some café options available and lots of stops to pick up and drop off at smaller stations on the way.
I wish I had bought my ticket directly from Norwegian Railways, rather than from Ninja Rail because it would’ve cost half the price and I would’ve had a seniors discount option. I think we had the most expensive economy tickets on the train.
So, I repeat buy tickets from vy. no. This was strongly recommended to me by the Norwegian railways representative at Oslo station who said that they had a repeated experience of people buying over-priced tickets from agencies (see above).
