点评:Don’t waste your time by going to Thunderbird Park. You’ll leave with more questions than answers. You’ll see the totem poles but you will have no idea what they mean. The is one plaque at the Park. You won’t know which First Nation created specific totem poles. There is no mention of the carvers of the totem poles; the type of totem pole (a kinship, shame/ridicule, welcome, healing, legacy, memorial, or mortuary totem pole; a house post or a speaker’s post); the story of each pole (was it a signboard, genealogical record, memorial or something else); the meaning of the animals, figures and symbols; why they are all facing in the same direction; nor will you know why the park is called Thunderbird Park.
I sent all these questions to Thunderbird Park. Their response was no response!

我把所有这些问题都发给了雷鸟公园。他们的回复是没有回复!
