点评：Overall ok but could be improved. Firstly we had a phone call asking if we would like to bring the wibit session forward due to “weather conditions”. Personally I think this was due to the fact only a few people booked on the last session of the day and they were hoping we would move it as to not have to put staff on for such a small number of people just my opinion as there was no change in the weather expected all day.
Started the session 15 mins early which was fine as we were already there but a couple of people came on time so missed a bit of the session.
Staff are young and a few (not all) give off an aire of superiority and can come across as a bit rude if I’m honest, or certainly lacking in people skills however a couple were friendly so hit and miss and only time makes experience and wisdom.
I do however expect an acknowledgment or a “hi” upon greeting someone (paying customer) which isn’t too much to ask.
10 minutes into the session staff on shore signalled one of their colleagues out on the water and they closed the iceberg due to “ technical issues, there might be a hole in it” really! No one inspected it, no staff were near it and this was clearly as the “iceberg” is a large piece of climbing equipment that is further away from the main play area and harder to keep an eye on with the amount of staff there, to think people there bought that excuse is frankly insulting. On a positive note kids are oblivious to all this and had a fun time.
